Nordic Landscapes, Music, and Art

The exhibition “Infinite Space and Sublime Horizons”, ties together the woven tapestries of H. A. Jónsson with the music of individualist composer Carl Nielsen, the lovely melodies of Edward Grieg and a collection of archaic Nordic Folk Songs this past Sunday, 3/24/2024 at 6pm at the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art. Our string quartet, Tatiana Karpova and Ayako Gamo on violins, Wenlong Huang on viola and Tanja Bechtler on the cello, literally resonated with the art on the walls.
